Q. Do you make the soap?
A. We spend countless hours formulating and testing our products. Then we manufacture our products in large batches in FDA GMP certified production facilities to the highest standards. We produce 100% the soap that we sell.

Q. What is the approved use?
A. We need to tread with caution here because we need to be careful about making drug claims. Both our liquid and bar Pyrithione Zinc soap products are classified as an OTC drug. We are registerd with the FDA. The properties of Pyrithione Zinc are widely understood. This soap is for seborrheic dermatitis sufferers who need a good cleansing bars. The results will tell you everything. Our Zinc bar soap is widely recommended by dermatologists.

Q. About how long does it take to see a difference?
A. Results are typically visible within a few days.

Q. How long do you leave this on your face?
A. Lather your hands with the zinc soap (no wash cloth) and apply to affected areas. Let the soap sit in contact with your skin for about 90 seconds. Then rinse with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.

Q. What does it Smell like?
A. Pyrithione Zinc — which is a mild distinctive smell. The soap is scent free.

Q. Do your products really work?
A. We believe that they do if used correctly. Roughly 8 out of 10 of our customers have a good outcome.

 

Sulfur & Salicylic Acid Soap:

Q. Where is the product manufactured?
A. All of our products are manufactured here in the United States in FDA-inspected production facilities under strict standard operating procedures for each step of the production process.

Q. What is the approved use?
A. We need to tread with caution here because we cannot make any drug claims with this product. This is not an OTC drug. The properties of Sulfur and Salicylic Acid are widely known. Our Sulfur & Salicylic Acid soap is recommended by many dermatologists.

Q. Does the sulfur lave an odor on the skin?
A. Yes, it does. The smell is not ideal, but, the sulfur really works. For most users the mild smell is worth the benefit.

Q. How is my item shipped?
A. In a USPS Priority Postal Service box or poly mailer with no external markings.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Most orders received during the work week are shipped the same day. After that it only takes 3-4 days for you to receive your product(s).

 

2% Salicylic Acid Bar Soap:

Q. What is the approved use?
A. This bar is for the treatment of acne. It helps to reduce the number of acne pimples and allows the skin to heal. It will penetrate the pores to clear most acne blemishes. It helps to dry acne pimples and keep the skin clear of new acne blemishes, acne pimples, whiteheads and blackheads. This product is classified as an OTC drug and it is registered with the FDA.

Q. Does this soap leave a residue?
A. No. Not unless your water is very "hard" or high in mineral content. This soap rinses completely, leaving your skin free of residue. It is non-comedogenic and won't clog your pores.

Q. Where can I use this product?
A. This bar is for external use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Q. How long do you leave this on your face? Do you apply and wash it off right away?
A. It is really up to you. We suggest 30-90 seconds. For example, lather up your face, leave it on while you brush your teeth, then rinse off.

Q. What does it smell like?
A. The soap is scent free. It has the smell of natural soap.

Q. How long does it typically take to see a difference?
A. Three to seven days. Use daily for at least 60 days before judgement. This product may not clear all of your acne (it is not a miracle cure), but, you'll really see a difference with continued use.
