International Order Information

Our shopping cart does not take international orders. You can place international orders using this page.

Prices include shipping and handling via USPS Priority Mail International. All packages are tracking and insured at full value. Orders ship within 3 business days.

USPS brokers will facilitate the clearance process through Customs. In the event that the package is not able to clear Customs, USPS will return it to us without any additional charges incurred by you or us. If this should occur, we will notify you immediately.

If your order is returned to us because of a Customs issue or for any other reason, we will credit a full refund minus the following: total shipping charges to the destination country plus any return charges that may be added. Your refund will be processed when the order is returned to us.

When asking us to ship to a country other than the U.S. and its Territories, you will be assuming all liability for any customs, duties, or tariffs. If Customs seizes the order and will not release it, we cannot refund your payment.

We will only ship to countries where we have low rates of loss and good delivery success. Please do not use the buy links to purchase for countries not listed here. If you do not see your country listed below it means that we have not recently shipped to your country - please contact customerservice@dermaharmony.com to see if we can take your order.
