Best Sauce Ever (BSE) Veggie Dip

Active Work Time: 5 minutes

Servings: about 2 1/2 c

No dairy or gluten


  • 1/3 c hemp or flax or chia seeds
  • 3 cloves garlic (more or less, according to your tastebuds)
  • 2 T sweet white organic miso
  • 3 T honey or agave or maple syrup
  • 2/3 c balsamic vinegar or raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 c olive oil
  • 1/3 — 1/2 c water


  1. Place everything in a small food processor or blender, and whiz around until smooth. (If you're using a blender, you'll probably have to chop the garlic coarsely before adding it to the mix.)
  2. Pour over a prepared salad, on cut veggies, or wherever you want added flavor and antioxidants!
