Shipping policy

We ship Mon-Sat from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.  Most orders received before 5:00 pm are packed the same day and pushed to the carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL Express, and DHL eCommerce) for delivery. There are exceptions: a few times per year our shipping department is closed or will close early on Saturday.  In addition there may be a periodic exception to our shipping speed (see bottom of this page for exceptions).

Cutoff times (Eastern Time):

UPS: 2:00 PM (Mon to Fri)
UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2:00 PM (Mon to Fri)
DHL Express:

DHL eCommerce via Global-e: 5:30 PM (Mon to Fri); 3:00 PM (Sat)
USPS: 5:30 PM (Mon to Fri); 3:00 PM (Sat)
FedEx: 3:30 PM (Mon to Fri); 1:30 PM (Sat)

We do not ship on certain US federal holidays (e.g. Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Independence Day,  Washington's Birthday, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, MLK Day, Juneteenth).  See the full list at the end of this page.

Most of the time, Free Economy Shipping is USPS Ground Advantage mail.  Some items (e.g. single 5 and 10 packs) are sent USPS Priority.  Heavier items over 10 lbs are sometimes sent UPS Ground.  Any estimated delivery dates or times shown on the website are carrier estimates.  We do not guarantee delivery times.  We're told by our customers that items arrive quickly and usually ahead of schedule.

Customers that live in rural areas that don't have USPS mail services should select UPS. Note that UPS doesn't support post office (PO) boxes for destination addresses. If you need to ship to a domestic PO box, then use USPS shipping services. Please call if you have questions or special shipping requirements. We're happy to help.

Wholesale & Commercial accounts are exempt from Free Economy Shipping.

CHANGES TO ADDRESS

If you make a mistake or omission with your mailing address, please call immediately.  At certain times of the day, orders are packed within minutes of receipt.  Once items have been buried in the outbound bins or picked up by carriers, it is no longer possible to cancel the order or make corrections.  Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If we are shipping to a non-USA addresses, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs charges levied by your local government unless our website indicated otherwise. Taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price for some smaller countries.  Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) is configured for large countries (e.g. 37 of the largest e-commerce markets, including Australia, Canada, the European Union, Hong Kong, Israel, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Kingdom). Shipping is non-refundable (e.g. the risk of a successful delivery is owned by the customer). A DDP shipping label indicates that we (the seller) have paid for duties, import tax, and brokerage fees.

We have four shipping options:

US Mail: the package is handed off to a local country delivery service by the US Post Office.  The local in-country carrier completes the final delivery. The speed of delivery is governed by each country and varies widely.  Check the internet for delivery speed.

DHL Express: the package is picked up from our warehouse by DHL and quickly transported to the international destination. Duties and fees are levied by DHL.  Duties are not collected by DermaHarmony.  This is the most expensive and quickest delivery method for international orders.  It also has the best delivery metrics.  DHL Express only performs pick-up on M-F.  They will not pick-up packages on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.  If you need your package quickly, check a calendar to make sure that you are clear of long holiday weekends.

DHL eCommerce via Global-e: the package is sent via US Mail to a DHL consolidator (Global-e) who then transports the package to the international destination.  Global-e may (if indicated by the checkout process) collect taxes and import duties as part of the website checkout process.

UPS Worldwide Expedited: UPS Standard + UPS Worldwide Expedited mail services is a cost-effective option that offers a balance of speed and cost.  The speed of this service is slower than DHL Express, but faster than all of the other services.  It's the middle option.  The service includes free tracking. This service requires a signature on delivery.  For a delivery to be completed, somebody will need to be at the destination address to receive the shipment. UPS doesn't support post office (PO) boxes for destination addresses. If you need to ship to a PO box, then use DHL eCommerce shipping services.

As a policy we do not insure international shipments.
