2% Pyrithione Zinc Dandruff & Seborrheic Dermatitis Shampoo Bar - Fragrance-Free

Very impressed with this bar. I've been trying to switch to shampoo bars to cut down on plastic waste for over fives years now and always ended up disappointed and begrudgingly returning to liquid shampoo. I think my search is finally over! I wanted to use it for at least a month before deciding and so far it's been exactly what I wanted. This is the biggest shampoo bar I've found so I feel like it'll actually last a good while before it disintegrates into nothing and it actually suds up quickly and easily. Other bars I tried in the past wouldn't suds at all and it felt like rubbing a brick on my head just trying to get it to do its job, but not so with this one. As far as cleaning this works just as well as any of my liquid shampoos and leaves my hair feeling clean without feeling fried. I have very fine but thick straight hair with occasional mild dandruff/itchiness and I wash it 1-2 times a week. What I had been using (regular Head & Shoulders) leaves my hair feeling extremely stripped and if I didn't heavily condition my hair would feel like straw, but with the DermaHarmony bar I've been experimenting with skipping conditioner and my hair still feels soft/hydrated afterwards which I've been surprised by. I also tried one of the Grace of Me zinc bars just to compare and so far that one feels like a slightly gentler version of this bar, I think I prefer the DermaHarmony bar but the scent options with the Grace of Me bars are really nice. I just wish the Grace of Me bars came in the same paper packaging as the DermaHarmony bars instead of the plastic wrappers (or switch to a plant based plastic wrapper). Overall I feel very happy and relieved to be able to cut liquid shampoo out of my life finally and switch to this bar from here on out.

So happy to find it. This is the shampoo I have been looking for. My scalp feels so healthy. It lathers so easliy. No single use plastic. And customer service is phenomenal (I had a shipping issue). I’m sold! I will be back for more!

I tried the zinc medicated bar and loved it. So I bought a mixture of medicated and non medicated bars , most for gifts. I ordered 3 of the Cinnamon rose but when they arrived I did not like the fragrance. I contactrd the company about a return and they said, don't worry about returning but we will send you 3 replacement bars in a fragrance you know you like. Those have now arrived. At first I did not know what to do with the first 3 but I gave 1 to a family member who has no sense of smell, another to someone who did like the fragrance and the 3rd is waiting for a home. I most am interested in helping people not to buy shampoo in bottles.
I love the peppermint and that it makes lots of suds easily and does not leave a coating on my hair. It is great for travel since there is no bottle to leak.

These are allergy friendly for me and the bar does what I want - clean scalp without striping my hair. I feel like it helps heal after allergic rashes from sun and calms down eczema outbreaks.

Unlike some other shampoo bars it lathers really well and the results have been great. If you have longer hair it can dry out the ends but if you condition or just avoid shampooing the ends everyday you should be good!

I tried Dermaharmony for my scalp issues, and the results have been as good as they were with my fancy medicated shampoo but for half the price.

Got this because my partner is sensitive to the scent of other anti-dandruff shampoos. She doesn't notice this, and it does the same job that Head & Shoulders does. Also I can travel on planes with it. Awesome! BEWARE, this stuff is SUPER dense! You don't need much for each treatment. It lathers really well. The only downside for me is that it kinda burns and dries out the skin. So be sure to follow it with a good conditioner.

Lathers great, no dandruff, and rinses easily. I really like this because it doesn't have a lot of ingredients in it and when all the suds are rinsed out of your hair your hair actually squeaks. This also doubles as a face wash.

I have been looking for a replacement for my plastic bottle anti dandruff shampoo for a while and one with no scent and I was so happy to run across this. I've used it a few times now since it arrived and my hair looks great and feels great and I think im seeing a bit less hairfall as well and definitely less itchiness in my scalp. The bar makes a fantastic lather, better than any other bar shampoo i've had. If you are looking to eliminate more plastic waste in your life - this is a great product.

Ive tried all the different types of medicated shampoos off the shelves and this is one of the only that helps eliminate flakes.

I cannot say enough good things about this shampoo. It's the only thing that actually works for me. I've had scalp issues for my whole life and I'm sensitive to lots of ingredients and scents.

Over the years, we have tried countless shampoos to alleviate a number of scalp issues. This shampoo really stands out in a crowd. Both of my teenagers absolutely love this shampoo and getting them to agree on anything is close to impossible. It has completely cleared up the relentless dandruff and reduced the itching from endless eczema. It’s a little too strong for my needs so I will stick with my current shampoo, but I will continue to order this for my family.

My hair is thick type 3&4 kinky curls. I always get really bad dandruff flakes and scalp dermatitis around my hairline but after one use I saw waaay less flaking. Usually I’d use head & shoulders shampoo but it would irritate/burn my scalp and the flaking wouldn’t subside. But THIS soap is definitely 10/10

This is my second time buying from this seller. I have pretty bad dandruff, but it largely went away the last time I used a dermaharmony shampoo bar (~1.5 years ago)! Then it came back with a vengeance a month ago to my dismay...but I knew where to go to solve the issue :) I love that I can reduce my plastic consumption using these bars, and it also lathers so much better than a lot of other shampoo bars I've tried. Thanks for making such a great product

I have dreadlocks and was concerned about itchy scalp. This seemed to really help alleviate the symptoms right away. My only complaint is that it doesn’t smell “pretty” but it’s a medicinal soap, so I didn’t expect it to smell flowery or anything. I’m just mentioning it because it is different than traditional shampoo.
